Prepare
- Apply sunscreen over your child's entire body of at least SPF 15 before leaving the house so it has time to set before your child gets in the water.
- If you are participating in parent & child aquatics, please do the same for yourself!
- Have your child wear an appropriately fitting swim suit without any sort of flotation device.
- Flotation devices provide a false sense of security & will not be allowed during lessons.
- It is recommended that infants keep most of their body covered with a rash guard & hat.
- Extra clothing such as T-shirts over swim suits will not be allowed as they could pose an extra drowning risk.
- It is recommended that infants wear a fitted, reusable swim diaper.
- If your child has long hair, please tie it back so it does not interfere with the lesson
- Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your lesson time in order to speak with me about any concerns you have and/or prepare yourself & child for the lesson.
